Terms of Service

Last updated 21 June 2026

1. Agreement

These Terms govern your access to and use of Toshva (the “Service”), operated by Vaishnavi Peddiraj (“Toshva”, “we”, “us”). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use Toshva.

2. Your account

You must provide an accurate email address and keep your account secure. You are responsible for activity that happens under your account. Notify us promptly at hello@toshva.com if you suspect unauthorized access. You must be at least 16 years old to use Toshva.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service: no attempts to breach security, disrupt the platform, access data that is not yours, scrape at scale, or use Toshva for unlawful purposes. We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Your content

The habits, reflections, and notes you record belong to you. You grant us only the limited permission needed to store and display that content back to you so the Service can function. You can request deletion of your data at any time (see our Privacy Policy).

5. Payments

Bloom is currently free. Paid features (such as Chrysalis) will be described at the point of purchase, including price and billing terms, before you pay. Payments are processed by our payment provider; we do not store your full card details.

6. Disclaimers

Toshva is a personal-growth and habit tool provided “as is.” It is not medical, psychological, financial, or professional advice. The Service is offered without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Toshva will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms as Toshva grows. Material changes will be posted here with an updated date. Continued use after changes means you accept the revised Terms.
